The mansion has many fun rooms for amateur, professional, business, and cosplay photo shoots, ranging from Victorian and gothic to Zombie Apocalypse and a scene from the Fallout video game series. Of course, any Addams Family photos must be taken here!
Rates begin at $75 per hour per room to $1,500 per day, depending on the scope of the shoot. Call or email Joseph directly to negotiate prices (contact info below).

Creepy Boiler
The old coal-fired boiler no longer heats the home, but it still looks hot!
This room looks like it came straight out of Fallout 3 or 4, or a Zombie Apocalypse movie. In fact, it was turned into an old dormitory many years ago. Get your Vault Boy on or stock up on ammo for zombie headshots!
Victorian Theatre
The Jack Tatner Memorial Theatre in the basement of the mansion hosts comedy nights, lectures, and movies in amazing surround sound with THX, and features all-beef hot dogs, sodas, and the BEST movie theater popcorn!
Boudoir
The opulent bedrooms offer a variety of settings for private photo shoots that revel in Victorian splendor.
