Abilene, KS was the boyhood home of America's 34th president. Stop by the museum and visit numerous monuments around the town to see why everybody likes Ike!

Rail Road

Take a ride on a real steam locomotive! The excursion trip lasts about 1 hour and 45 minutes. A 1945 diesel locomotive also runs on the line. The website has an online calendar and other information.

Seelye Mansion

Like old mansions? Check out this charming Georgian style home built in 1905. It still has much of the original furniture and Edison light fixtures. The mansion also has beautiful gardens outside and a Tiffany-designed fireplace in the grand hall.

Wandering Walks of Wonder
